BestBuy is a company most of you are familiar with. We have spent just over $12,000 there in the last two years and we will never spend another buck there.
They sell name brand gear, but there service sucks. We have tried (unsucessfully) to have two different laptops fixed under warranty and have had to resort to legal action in both cases. These guys coulnd't find your ass with both hands. Hell, they couldn't find one hand with the other.
More details of a pending class action lawsuit to follow, but avoid these guys like the plague. The both suck and blow.
