Recipes
Way, way back in 2005 or 2006 we made a trade with some friends. They needed an external wifi adapter of which I had two, and in return they gave us their hardly used, propane flame Belgium waffle maker. We’ve used various recipes over the years, but this is the one we finally settled on. Also remember that if you can get fresh fruit, mix it in as well and just in case it’s relevant, Dream Catcher prefers blue berries.
Ingredients :
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions :
Mix the ingredients together until smooth. Don’t over stir. If using fruit add at last minute to avoid damaging the berries. Preheat your Belgium waffle make to 1,000,000 degrees and then add batter. Turn after two minutes and remove and extract after four. Rinse and repeat.
Disclaimer:
Don’t tell Super G you have waffles unless you are willing to share.
