Ampair was the company we decided to get our first wind generator from. I met a representative from Jack Rabbit Marine at the boat show and after discussing our plans to cruise, he sort of talked me in to buying this unit.

I ordered the product and it showed up in a timely manner with no drama. It took me two days to get it put up and wired in, but I have been disappointed with it's output.

After using the Ampair for a season on the bay, I have to say that while the product works fine, it just doesn't make enough power to justify the cost or it's place on a cruising boat.
